We are proud to present this elegant decaf coffee from the region on Huila in Colombia. Full of sweetness with an exceptionally clean cup profile, the Huila works beautifully as both an espresso or a pourover.

The sugar cane decaf process is a fairly new method; utilising by-products from the sugar cane industry in Colombia. As a result, this decaf coffee comes with a smaller carbon footprint than the widely used Swiss Water method, amongst others.
