This beautiful coffee is produced by smallholder farms in rural areas in Aponte, Nariño, where many growers belong to the Aponte indigenous reserve.
This offering comes from approximately 200 farmers across various regional associations, part of the Regional Plus program. These farmers started Honey processed coffees in 2018, achieving huge success due to low processing volumes and perfect weather for complex, delicate cups.
This microlot is 100% Caturra, a Red Bourbon mutation from Brazil known for higher yields and disease resistance than Bourbon.
