When you order a product from Alchemy Coffee, we need to collect certain information from you; your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and credit or debit card information. This information is then used to process your order and allows us to contact you to communicate of the status of your order if necessary.
We will not pass this personal information onto others unless it is necessary in order to process your order or payment.
Alchemy Coffee may send email updates to customers to let you know about new products as they arrive or special offers/contests and promotions relating to the company. When you place an order online you are connected to a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input which means that any sensitive information such as your credit or debit card details cannot be intercepted or seen by anyone except our Payment Service Provider, SagePay.
You payment details are stored securely by SagePay and are not visible by anyone at Alchemy Coffee. If a refund or cancellation is required, we will make a request via SagePay, and no details are available to anyone at Alchemy Coffee. Both Alchemy Coffee and SagePay are fully audited and compliant with the PCI DSS standards.
